Preferred - Neonatal cranial exams Special Equipment : - #Tier3 Travel Compliance SSN DOB RTO must be included at time of the submission Holidays: traveler must be willing to work 2 out of the 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year Can only submit to 1 location within the region (PAMC, Seward, Valdez, Saint Elias Specialty Hospital, and Kodiak) Valid State License (Allowed to submit with a pending license, takes 10-12 weeks) Mile Radius Rule Applies ( must be 50 miles from facility) References Required No Locals Accepted Candidates will float within the hospital or to affiliate hospitals near by Copy of Certifications Specific Charting Exp. (Epic) Return Staff Policy: Permanent staff must be separated from Providence for a minimum of 3 months to return as a traveler. Travelers can only work for a maximum of 1 calendar year in their assignment. Travelers are then required to take a minimum of a 6-month break before returning for another traveler assignment at the same facility. Providers will be responsible for submitting monthly cell phone bill directly to Agency.
