Outpatient pediatrics experience is strongly preferred. Familiarity with ambulatory nursing workflows, patient triage, procedure support. Ability to provide real-time clinical guidance, education, mentoring, and remediation to nursing and support staff. Staffing coordination and schedule management. Support implementation of department and organizational initiatives and operational changes. Previous Nurse Supervisor , Clinical supervisor, Manager, Assistant Manager, or Charge Nurse leadership experience in an ambulatory setting. Demonstrated ability to lead through change, establish accountability, and manage performance concerns. Experiencing in managing performance concerns. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Ability to manage staff conflict, mediate disagreements, and maintain a professional work environment. Strong organizational, operational and workflow management skills Experience supporting quality, patient safety, regulatory readiness, and standards of care.
