NICU & Peds Critical Care preferred. Is on-call REQ? No - voluntary Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? FOS requires a complete 7-year work history (August 2015 Present), including: Clinical and non-clinical employment. PTO or medical leave. Schooling or other periods not actively working.
