Could be 1:1, 2:1 or 3:1 (low acuity) Type of equipment Novii monitors, iMobile, headsets, pass-through skin-to-skin C-section drape, deep soaker tubs, light therapy, aroma therapy EMR CPN and Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Current (within previous 2 years) Intermediate Fetal heart Monitoring L&D experience Current NRP and BLS required Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Experience at facilities with 3000 births per year Patient preferences are central List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Labor, deliver, recover, triage, Antepartum, circulate for C-section 1st hour baby care (excludes admission assessment, eyes and thighs) Breastfeeding assistance Best personality Fit: Cultural diversity Dress Code: Scrub Color - Navy Blue, any closed shoes Tattoos and piercings covered Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
