Description

Opportunity:

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Job Details:

Monday through Friday schedule, 10-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM

No call required

Bread and butter CRNA role with general anesthesia cases

Primarily orthopedic, spine, gynecology, eye, plastics, and general OR cases

Out of OR cases may include GI, CV/TEE, and MRI coverage

Patient volume of 30+ cases per day inclusive of out of OR cases

Medical directed ACT model with 4:1 ratio

Required procedures include general anesthesia, spine, ventilator management, evaluation and management of acute volume and blood pressure issues, and arterial line placements

Patient population is 12 years and older (approximately 95% adults, 5% pediatrics)

EMR system: Epic

Minimum 2 years of experience required

Board certification through NBCRNA required

Active South Carolina license required

Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS (all certifications must be through AHA)

Clean background required, no exceptions

Facility:

This is a small community hospital featuring 7 operating rooms and one endoscopy suite, inclusive of an on-campus outpatient surgery center. The facility supports a high-volume surgical environment with a diverse range of OR and out-of-OR cases, operating under a medical directed ACT model. The organization is committed to delivering quality patient care across a broad spectrum of surgical specialties.
