Spruce Pine, NC 28777 Floor:1st Building: Outpatient PT clinic across from ED General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds -60 bed acute care and 2 outpatient clinics Number of Staff 19 Type of staff: o Day Shift 3 PTs, 3 PTAs, 2 OTs, 1 COTA, 1 SLP o Night Shift - Patient Ratios 9-11 patients per day per FTE Type of equipment PT modalities, pool, cardiovascular, Biodex balance, fitness center EMR Acute care: CERNER Outpatient: Nethealth Xfits (formerly ReDoc) Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Outpatient and Acute Care Experience Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Orthopedic/Sports Med/Spine/manual therapy Vestibular/vertigo/stroke List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Ther ex, manual therapy, vestibular rehab, balance training, gait training Best personality Fit: Team oriented, outgoing REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: Licensed as PT in State of NC Floating Area(s): Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire - Acute care: Purple scrubs (eggplant) Outpatient: Business attire or polo-khakis Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
