Compliance deadline is one week prior to start, prep candidate accordingly. A copy of the Driver s License update Nurseys MUST be included in the submission for verification of residence to determine if travel or local rate will apply: (local rate applies for residence living within 31-50 miles of facility. (locals will be accepted at local rate) Travelers living less than 30 miles from the facility are not accepted. Any RTO must be included in submission, must be minimal especially around the holidays. Managers will try to be flexible. Minimum 1 year experience required; 3+ years required for CPU; 2 years required for MTs and LPNs.
