Applicant will need OBMI certification prior to start date. Special Equipment : Philips Epiq Machines EPIC EMR Merge Pacs #Tier3 Travel Compliance Required for Submission : Copies of all required certifications must be included. Complete all required Job ID submission questions. Two professional references from positions held within the past year are required. At least one reference must be from a manager. References cannot be pending. Candidate must have no employment gaps greater than 30 days within the required work history. Provide the following education details for every degree earned: Area of study. Degree type (Associate, Bachelor's, Master's, Diploma, Certificate, etc.). Institution city and state.
