Each candidate can only be sent to one position at a time per Allina policy. Please only submit your candidate to a maximum of one position at a time . Any additional submissions will be removed. We will redirect your candidate to open positions should they be declined from the need. Please note, at this time only 25 states outside of Minnesota can perform LiveScan prints for this background check. If candidates are not within driving distance of a LiveScan location, they must travel to one or to Minnesota to get this done. These must be done as soon as possible, as results can take anywhere from 1 day to 3-4 weeks, and candidates will not be cleared to start unless fingerprint results are on file. This is a Minnesota state requirement with no exceptions. Please ensure your traveler is aware and in agreeance prior to submitting. If traveler has any vacation plans during the period between Sign Date and Start Date, this must be communicated to the Account Manager at the time of Submission to ensure a realistic start date may be requested.
