Nursing ratios vary based on care area and acuity of patients (typically 1:4).May be required to work some mids (1500 - 0300); would never cycle off nights into a mid-shift. Certs REQ: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCCWeekends required: 3 shifts in a 4 week period Unit details: Board certified ED attending in house 24/7; Level 2 Peds STEMI and Stroke facilityWill clinician float within scope to meet facility needs: NOLocals Accepted: NO (candidate must be more than 100 miles from facility)Pending license accepted: Yes, but if license is not IN HAND at the time of submission then traveler will be booked six weeks out.RTO restrictions: Up to 5 days of RTO permitted. RTO must be submitted with application. Additional requests after confirmation at manager discretion.100% NICOTINE FREE FACILITYScrubs: MANDATORY - RNs wear Steele gray scrubs with the Nebraska Medicine logo printed on the back.
