Hospital Specifics- Certifications: BLS, Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: forward thinking, proactively plan for potential issues before they arise, teamwork a must Must have: teamwork, scrub or circulate procedures, room set up, room turn over, obtaining disposables and instrument sets as needed/indicated. Advanced skills needed: sterile technique, central line set up, art line set up. Belmont set up and operation, cell saver set up. Procedures performed on unit: open heart procedures, CABG s, MVR,TVR,AVR, Vats, vascular procedures Certifications Required: CNOR preferred Dress Code: (Required uniform) Scrubs provided.
