RTO: No RTO within the first two weeks of an assignment. Max 7 days of RTO per 13-week contract highly preferred. All RTO must be on the submittal and cannot be changed once the profile has been sent to the manager for review. RTO: Screenshot of traveler confirming RTO required when applying. Valid CA State License required in-hand when applying. EMSA not accepted. Certifications : All required certs must be in-hand when applying. CPI REQUIREMENT: All ER nurses MUST have a CPI Blue Card from the Crisis Prevention Institute IN-HAND when applying. MAB or Online CPI Blue certification not accepted . All Float Pool nurses must get a CPI Blue Card. EPIC experience required must be noted in traveler s work history as well. References: Two (2) Supervisor references required when applying. Local Rules: Locals accepted at the same rate. Return Staff Policy: Must be gone a minimum of 1 year to return as a traveler. Interview: Manager may or may not interview. Traveler must be OK with this. If Traveler has questions, please email the AM. Modules : Modules are billable, average 4-8 hours spent on modules.
