Openness to other Northern Arizona Healthcare facilities, units, or shifts. RTO must be disclosed and approved at time of submission. Up to 5 non-holiday RTO days may be auto-approved for ICU, MS/Tele, and PCU specialties. Additional RTO requires facility approval. No RTO permitted during the first week of assignment due to orientation. Candidate must work 2 of the facility's recognized holidays. Medical Assistants must have: National certification. Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card. Submission Rules : Previous Northern Arizona Healthcare PERM, PRN, or EP staff must be separated for at least 12 months before returning as a traveler. Include the facility name and dates of employment in the submission packet. Rehire approval is required before an offer can be extended. Return travelers are ineligible if they canceled a previous NAH contract within 10 days of the scheduled start date. Candidates must be comfortable floating without restrictions.
