Guaranteed Hours: Client may call-off up to 36 hours per thirteen week assignment without paying for the cancelled hours. If Client cancels more hours than permitted by this section, Client will be billed for any shifts or portions thereof cancelled in excess of this section. Previous permanent or PRN employees must be separated from the facility for at least 12 months before returning as a traveler. Floating is required for all travelers and may include floating within the hospital or to nearby affiliate facilities. Local candidates are accepted for all specialties except OR RN. OR RN candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility. Start / Facility Instructions Compliance Requirements: Lab appointment, DocuSign documents, and badge photo must be completed within 1 week of contract signing. Allied clinicians in roles that do not require licensure at submission must arrive 3 business days prior to start for fingerprinting. Modules: Modules are completed pre-start and renewed annually. Up to 16 hours of modules are non-billable. Non-clinical module hours are fixed; clinical module hours may vary by specialty. Module access and login information are provided prior to start. Orientation Day 1 Expectations: The first day of the assignment is a virtual, at-home orientation day. Travelers must check for and complete any assigned modules on Day 1. The client maintains strict module deadlines; all required Day 1 modules must be completed by 4:00 PM CST.
