Required Cardiovascular Case Skills/Experience: Aortic Aneurysm repair, Atrial Septal defect repair, Cardiomyoplasty, Coronary Artery Bypass Graft, Endovascular Aortic Repair (EVAR), Mitral valve replacement, Pericardial window, Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR), Ventricular Assist Device (VAD). Required Vascular Case Skills/Experience: Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm repair, Arteriovenous fistula repair, Carotid angioplasty, Carotid artery stenting, Carotid Endarterectomy, Endovascular Aneurysm Repair, Femoral popliteal bypass graft, Laparoscopic assisted cases, TEVAR (Thoracic Endovascular Aortic Repair), Vein stripping. Required Thoracic Case Skills/Experience: Laparoscopic assisted cases, Lung resection- Thoracotomy, VATS. If candidates are not within driving distance of a LiveScan location, they must travel to one or to Minnesota to get this done.
