Specialty: RN – Mother Baby
Experience: 1–2+ years in postpartum, newborn, or mother-baby nursing
License: Active State or Compact RN License
Certifications: BLS, NRP – AHA required
Must-Have: Strong maternal-newborn care experience, patient education skills, and the ability to monitor both mothers and infants post-delivery
Description: The Mother Baby RN provides care for postpartum women and their newborns, ensuring recovery and bonding. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, managing pain, assisting with breastfeeding, and educating families on newborn care and postpartum expectations.
