License: Active state Audiology license required
Certifications: BLS required; CCC-A or equivalent preferred; all certifications must be submitted with expiration dates
Must-Have: All time-off requests must be submitted with the initial application

Description:
We are seeking a patient-centered and experienced Audiologist to assess, diagnose, and treat hearing and balance disorders. This role requires at least 2 years of experience in audiology, including audiometric testing, hearing aid fittings, and vestibular assessments. Candidates should have strong communication skills and comfort working with patients across the lifespan.

This position may involve floating between clinics or departments. Weekend or holiday rotations may apply. Missed shifts must be made up. Onboarding and compliance typically take 4–6 weeks. Voice screening and hiring manager interview are required.
