Specialty: RN – Long-Term Care (LTC)
Experience: 1–2 years in skilled nursing or LTC setting preferred
License: Active State or Compact RN License
Certifications: BLS – AHA
Must-Have: Experience with geriatric patients, strong communication and assessment skills
Description: The LTC RN provides comprehensive nursing care to residents in long-term care facilities. Responsibilities include medication administration, care planning, wound care, documentation, and coordination with physicians and families. Ensures resident safety and promotes quality of life through compassionate care.
