About the Position
Specialty: RN – Wound Care
Experience: 2+ years of experience in wound, ostomy, and continence nursing
License: Active State or Compact RN License
Certifications: BLS – AHA; WOCN or WCC certification preferred
Must-Have: Proficiency in wound assessment, treatment planning, debridement, and documentation
Description: The Wound Care RN is responsible for the evaluation, treatment, and ongoing management of patients with complex wounds, ostomies, and skin care needs. Works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to promote healing, prevent complications, and educate patients and caregivers on wound care best practices.
