*There is a possibility that techs will need to do phlebotomy. Phlebotomy experience required.*

2+ years of recent MLT experience required.
AHA BLS and ASCP or AMT required.
Float required within scope of practice. Blocked scheduling cannot be accommodated.
Flu vaccine required- declinations not accepted. Medical and religious exemptions approved on a case by case basis.

DISCLOSURE: All Facilities work a schedule of 36/48 for the two weeks’ pay period unless notated otherwise on job order. Ratios can fluctuate with census, call in, etc. Orientation is bi-weekly. Start date on job is start date needed. Resource must reside at least 75 miles from facility to be considered, locals not accepted. Assignment confirmation needs to be signed within 24 hrs of an offer offer. ARH cover sheet and Driver's license required in all submission packets. DO NOT SUBMIT CANDIDATES TO MORE THAN ONE JOB AT A TIME.
