Position Overview
One of our Partners in Idaho, is seeking full-time locum CRNAs to support continuous anesthesia coverage at its Boise campus. This assignment requires flexible clinical coverage across variable shift lengths, supervised anesthesia support, and participation in scheduled call shifts.
This position offers an upper-market provider pay structure based on current 2026 locum CRNA benchmarks.
Assignment Highlights

Full-time locum coverage only (no block scheduling)

Variable shift lengths including 8-, 10-, 12-, 16-, and 24-hour shifts

Call required:
-
1 weekend call per month
-
2 weeknight calls per month
-

Call schedule released in 6-week blocks
-
OT applies after 40 hours per week
-
Supervision model: maximum 4:1 CRNA to anesthetist ratio

Scrubs provided
-
HPA Healthcare is a Joint Commission–certified agency

Clinical Details

Practice Setting: Hospital

Patient Population: Adolescents, adults, geriatrics (90%+ age 12+)

Operating Rooms:

17 Main ORs
-
7 Day Surgery Center ORs

Cath labs, endo, radiology, specials

Skills Required: GYN, ortho, spine, crani, plastics, lungs, GI, structural heart, EP, interventional radiology, MRI
-
Skills NOT Required: Burns, transplants, open heart, OB, sick pediatrics
-
CRNAs do not perform their own regional blocks, but do perform spinal blocks

EPIC EMR
Skills & Experience

Board Certified (NBCRNA) required
-
Minimum experience: 1 year preferred (will consider 6 months in select cases)

DEA required
-
Idaho CSR required
-
Comfortable with Level II trauma cases
Licensure & Credentialing

Open to Idaho licensing

Credentialing timeframe:

30–45 days if licensed

90–120 days if license pending
