About the Position
Position / Specialty: MS RN Nights - This is a MS unit but manager wants someone with tele competency as well just in case they have to float to the sister units.
Shift: 3x12 nights 6:45p-7:15a.
Ratios: 1:6
Weekend REQ: Every other weekend
Is on-call REQ? (Y/N): No call
Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units/sister facilities? Yes.

Required/Preferred
Years of experience REQ: 2 years
First-timers accepted: No
License REQ: SC license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start
Certs REQ (MUSC only accepts American Heart Association (AHA)): BLS Required; ACLS preferred
Special Requirements: Tele Competency (if the need arises to be floated to MS Tele units), Previous Charge Experience Preferred, Experience with Wound Vacs, Chest Tubes, Surgical Dressings

Locals Accepted: Yes, at $4 less than the posted bill rate
RTO Restrictions for Client Offers: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility needs
Guaranteed Hours: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.
Attendance Policy: MUSC does have an attendance policy for travelers. If more than two shifts per 13-week contract are missed without medical documentation or reasonable explanation subject to MUSC discretion, contract will be reviewed for cancellation.
