Salary Range: $75,920.00 - $103,084.00

Responsibilities
Our Little Elm location is looking to add another physical therapist to their team. This is a mid-size, PT only, busy clinic in a great location on the western border of Frisco in Little Elm. This clinic sees a variety of orthopedic diagnoses and treats patients of all ages. New grads are welcome but must display a strong desire to grow and learn. Full-time clinicians are expected to treat a caseload of 10-12 patients per day. All candidates should possess excellent time and schedule management skills, demonstrate the ability to take initiative and ownership of his / her caseload, and fit in with the overall clinic culture.
- Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
- Patient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a day
- Timely and accurate documentation using Therapy Source
- Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports
- Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
- Promoting continuous quality improvement
- Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed
- Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
- Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
