Description

Overview

Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: 1401 Southwest Park Ridge Blvd, Unit A, Lawton, OK 73505

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000/year, commensurate with experience

Incentives: $10K Sign-On Bonus and/or $350 per month in uncapped student debt relief

Additional Locations With Openings: Mustang, Tulsa, Owasso, El Reno, Yukon, Muskogee and Oklahoma City.

Responsibilities

Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Qualifications

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
CPR certification
