Position: Travel Pharmacist with experience in General
Location: Ogden, Utah
Shift: 10hr Evening
Weekly Gross: $3094.00

Minimum Requirements:
Active license as a Pharmacist
Licensed in Utah (If applicable) or compact eligible
Two years of recent General experience
Active BLS
