Description
Required skills & experience: min 1yr exp. Pediatric therapy experience in an outpatient setting
Department: Outpatient OT
# of patients treated per day 8-9 depending on the shift length.
Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?): 8 or 10hr days (choice of therapist). We have centralized scheduling and front desk PAS that schedule on therapists. Treatment sessions are 1 hour blocks.
Weekend Requirements: None
Holiday Requirements: None
Scrub Color/Dress Code: Therapist wear scrubs in any color and/or professional attire that is free of holes and rips. Closed toed shoes are always required.
How many shifts of unit/department specific orientation?: 1 week of orientation/shadowing offered to learn scheduling pathways, Epic documentation, and patient demographics.

The Express Healthcare team can place clinical staff in local contract
opportunities that range from four- to 26-weeks. Our contract positions may
be eligible (based on location) for a variety of perks, including:
