Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and hold essential certifications. This position offers normal daytime hours with a rotating day off and call requirements as stipulated in the contract.

Schedule

• Hours: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday - Friday with a rotating day off.
• Call Requirement: One primary weekday and one backup weekday per month, along with one weekend every 6 weeks, alternating between primary and backup.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Interventional Radiology.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, ARRT.
• Skills: Proficient in operating Siemens imaging equipment.
• Preferred: Experience with EPIC electronic medical records system.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform interventional radiology procedures with precision and care.
• Effectively operate Siemens imaging equipment to ensure accurate diagnostics.
• Prioritize patient safety and comfort throughout all procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records, preferably using the EPIC system.

Patient Population

• Patient Age Groups: Adults and Geriatrics.
• Daily Census: 20-40 patients.
• Number of Procedure Rooms: 8.

Special Procedures/Unit Details

This role involves working with a highly skilled multidisciplinary team, including physicians, technologists, nurses, and advanced practice providers to perform specialized interventional procedures.
