Position: Occupational Therapist (OTR)

We are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing therapeutic services to help patients enhance their skills in performing daily tasks related to their employment and personal lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments of patients to evaluate their needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide instruction in the use of adaptive technology to facilitate daily living activities.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities aimed at improving their functional abilities.
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

• Must possess at least 2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Oklahoma.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with patients of varying backgrounds and abilities.

Work Schedule:

This position is a day shift covering 8-hour workdays. There is no requirement for on-call duties or weekend shifts.

Contract Details:

This role is offered on a contract basis with a guaranteed duration of 91 days.
