Position: Radiation Therapist

Location: Santa Rosa, CA

Shift:

• Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)

Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified Radiation Therapist to provide exceptional care in the Oncology Center. This position is essential in delivering radiation therapy to patients and will require effective communication and technical skills. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing a daily caseload of approximately 25 patients.

Requirements:

• Years of Experience: Minimum of 1 year
• Certifications:
  • ARRT (T)
  • BLS
  • California State License
• Preferred Skills:
  • ARIA Skillset
  • Experience with EPIC charting system
  • Operating Varian 21 EX/iX equipment

Essential Skills:

• Adult Acute Care
• Pretreatment Procedures
• Custom Molds and Shields
• Tumor Localization Techniques
• Radiation Safety Protocols
• Age-Specific Competency

Treatment Responsibilities:

• Calculate and deliver radiation doses
• Utilize Treatment Planning Systems such as Pinnacle (Philips) and Eclipse (Varian)
• Administer External Beam Therapy and IMRT (Intensity Modulated Radiotherapy)
