Position Overview

This position requires a skilled individual with a strong background in surgical procedures. Candidates with scrub experience will be given priority. The role entails working in the Surgery Department, specializing in various surgical treatments for clinical conditions.

Work Schedule

• Shift Type: Days
• Hours: 8-hour shifts with occasional evening flexibility required
• 40-hour work guarantee

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in a range of surgical procedures including endocrine, breast, oncologic, gastrointestinal, colon and rectal (open and laparoscopic), and hepatobiliary surgeries.
• Maintain effective communication and interpersonal skills while adapting to stressful situations.
• Collaborate with a diverse surgical specialty team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the operating room is required.
• Scrub experience is strongly preferred.
• Broad experience with multiple surgical specialties is required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Must possess a valid New Hampshire RN license or a Compact RN license.
• EPIC experience is required.
• Must have own vehicle for transportation.
