• Patient Ratio: 1:4-5 for Days and Nights
• Daily Census: 22 patients

Special Procedures/Unit Details:

This position is within a Surgical Step-Down Unit specializing in Progressive Care.

Additional Requirements:

• Candidates must be able to pass the telemetry test and possess experience in monitoring telemetry patients.
• EPIC experience is required.
• Float requirements include the potential to move between units of equivalent or lower acuity.
• Weekend coverage is required every other weekend.
• Pre-approved time off policy allows for 1 request.
• Orientation: 24 hours
