Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. This role involves providing professional nursing care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation for assigned patients. The Registered Nurse will deliver care that aligns with established standards of professional nursing practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Implement and evaluate nursing interventions based on patient response.
• Provide leadership and supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Student Nursing Assistants (SNA), and other healthcare workers as assigned.
• Ensure that all care is delivered consistently with professional nursing standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Oncology nursing.
• Current ONS/ONCC/Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy Certification.
• Valid driver's license and car insurance.
• Active nursing license in Illinois.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA).
• Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Infusion Certification must be active at the time of application.

Work Schedule

The position is full-time with 8-hour day shifts.
