Job Opportunity

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced professionals for a position that offers a unique opportunity to work in the Operating Room. The successful candidate will have the ability to provide high-quality patient care while collaborating with a dedicated team in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Details

Shift: Afternoons
Hours: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Weekly Hours: 40 hours
Weekend Requirements: None

Unit Information

Number of Beds: 141
Staffing Ratio: 1:1
Robotics Equipment: DaVinci Xi, Mako, Rosa

Qualifications

Minimum of 24 months of current experience in the Operating Room.
Proficiency in DaVinci robotics.
Strong background in Orthopedic surgery, including Total Joints.
Experience with general surgery.
Familiarity with EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) system.
Travel experience within the previous 24 months is beneficial.
Scrub experience is a plus.

Licensure and Certifications

Active Iowa license or compact/multistate license.
Current and valid Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from AHA or ARC.
Current and valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC.
