Job Opportunity

Position: Physical Therapist

Shift Details

This position is a day shift from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a commitment of one weekend every month.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
New York State License or eligibility
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in acute or outpatient settings
Ability to successfully pass pre-employment health clearance

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate, plan, and implement treatment programs according to established procedures.
Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals and patients to formulate specific treatment goals.
Prepare and maintain accurate notes and discharge records in a timely manner.
Attend designated clinics, rounds, and conferences, providing relevant patient information.
Participate in educational programs for staff, students, volunteers, and other healthcare personnel.
Train new staff members and serve as a clinical instructor for senior-level students.
Facilitate the development of new programs within the department.
