Position: Interventional Radiology Technologist

Location: City, State

Schedule:

• Hours: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday - Friday with a rotating day off
• Call Requirement: One primary weekday and one backup weekday per month, with one weekend call every six weeks

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of relevant experience and hold the necessary certifications and technical skills to excel in the role.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in interventional radiology
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ARRT
• Technical Skills: Proficient in using Siemens imaging equipment
• Preferred: Experience with EPIC electronic medical records system

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform various interventional radiology procedures with expertise
• Operate Siemens imaging equipment effectively and efficiently
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout all procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records, preferably using EPIC

Work Environment:

• A collaborative team of skilled physicians, technologists, nurses, and advanced practice providers
• Facility has 8 procedure rooms dedicated solely to interventional radiology procedures
• Normal business hours are from 7 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday
• Provides an opportunity to work with a highly specialized and well-equipped multidisciplinary team

Patient Population:

• Adults and geriatrics
• Daily patient census ranges from 20 to 40
