<p>The shifts for this position start at 18:45. Weekend work is required every third weekend.</p>

<h2>Qualifications</h2>
<ul>
    <li>Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required.</li>
    <li>At least 1 travel contract completed is preferred.</li>
    <li>Valid Iowa state license required (compact license accepted).</li>
    <li>Must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility. Local candidates from Madison are accepted with a 10% rate reduction.</li>
</ul>

    <li>Driver’s License</li>
    <li>Work history or resume</li>
    <li>Completed skills checklist (must be completed within 1 year of the submission date)</li>
    <li>License verification</li>
    <li>Copy of required certifications</li>
