Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in a progressive care environment. This role requires strong clinical skills and the ability to manage patient care effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Schedule and Requirements

• 12-hour night shifts with a 36-hour weekly guarantee.
• Every other weekend and holiday coverage required.
• Travelers must be willing to float to any inpatient unit within their scope of practice.
• Minimum of 3 months of previous travel experience is required.
• Travelers are required to have their own vehicle.

Qualifications

• Active Vermont RN License or Compact.
• Minimum of 2 years of current Med Surg/Telemetry experience.
• Charge nurse experience is mandatory.
• Strong experience in Progressive Care Unit (PCU) is essential.
• Experience with medication drips is required.
• ICU experience is strongly preferred.
• Active American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Active American Heart Association ACLS certification.

Documentation Requirements

• Work history reflecting relevant experience.
• Skills checklists for Progressive Care Unit, Medical Surgical, and Telemetry, current within the past year.
• One signed supervisory reference from the past two years of employment.
