Job Opportunity

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Mammography Technologist for a full-time, outpatient role. The ideal candidate will have experience in breast imaging, focusing on diagnostic and screening mammograms.

Unit Details

Location: Outpatient clinic in Seattle, WA
Equipment: Hologic 3D Mammography
Patient Age Groups: Adults and Geriatrics
Average Number of Exams: 15-18 per day

Shift Schedule

Day Shift: 4x10 Hour (07:00 - 17:30)
Weekdays: Monday through Friday, no weekends or holidays
Availability for Saturdays if needed
Flexible day off during the week, typically on Tuesday or Wednesday
Shift times may vary based on unit needs, including hours from 6:30 am to 5:00 pm, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, and 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience in mammography
Active Washington State License
Certifications: ARRT (M), ARRT (R), and BLS certification preferred
Familiarity with Epic charting system is required

- Digital Mammography
- Screening Mammograms
Preferred Skills:
- Hologic 3D experience

Orientation and Support

Orientation: 40 hours
Interdisciplinary support available, including interpretation services

Additional Information

The unit specializes in breast imaging, providing both screening and diagnostic services. The facility is closed the day after Thanksgiving and operates on Christmas Eve.
