Unit Details:

The Cath Lab consists of highly skilled staff operating in both 8 and 10-hour shifts from Monday to Friday. Although floating may occur, it is rare, with only potential floating to Electrophysiology (EP) if necessary. The unit includes a patient holding area within the Cath lab that travelers may occasionally need to access.

The unit conducts numerous complex procedures, including:

• Complex PCI’s
• Laser Atherectomy
• Peripheral Vascular Interventions
• PFO/ASD Closures
• EKOS
• Impella
• IABP

Special Equipment:

• Conscious Sedation (Preferred)
• Rhythm Interpretation (Preferred)

Additional Information:

Please note that RTO (Request Time Off) after booking is not permitted and any call-offs or additional RTO may lead to cancellation.

Structural heart scrub experience is a strict requirement for applicants. Candidates must be proficient in scrubbing TAVR, Mitral Clip, Watchman, peripheral, Impella, IABP, and CTO procedures.

The expected start date will align with scheduling and may vary based on class and trainer availability. Candidates should be fully available, without other commitments, to accommodate potential schedule changes during orientation.
