Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Technologist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess current MRI experience, hold the necessary certifications, and be proficient in GE equipment usage. This role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends, along with the ability to take call as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MRI examinations with a focus on patient safety and comfort.
• Utilize GE MRI equipment effectively to produce high-quality images.
• Assist in maintaining equipment and ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals as required.
• Document patient information and imaging results accurately.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of current MRI experience.
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in MRI.
• Proficiency in using GE MRI equipment.
• Experience with Meditech Expanse is highly preferred.
• Must have an active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have a reliable vehicle.

Work Schedule

This position requires the following shift:

• Monday to Friday from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM (40 hours per week).

Weekend and Holiday Requirements

Availability for holiday coverage may be required, but there are no specific weekend responsibilities.
