Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled registered nurse with a strong background in Interventional Radiology (IR) to join our team. This position requires experience in Cardiac Catheterization and Electrophysiology.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care for patients in the Interventional Radiology department.
• Utilize defibrillation skills as required by patient needs.
• Administer and manage intravenous (IV) therapies effectively.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team in a fast-paced environment to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in all mandatory education and training sessions.

Qualifications

• Two years of current experience in Interventional Radiology as a registered nurse.
• Experience in Cardiac Catheterization and Electrophysiology is required.
• Defibrillation certification is mandatory.
• Proficient IV skills are required.
• Experience in a Critical Care Unit (CCU) is essential.
• Meditech Expanse experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to function independently in a high-stress, work-intensive environment.

Requirements

• Current Massachusetts RN license.
• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Current American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.

Schedule Details

This position offers 8-hour shifts with a 40-hour guarantee. Weekend and holiday coverage may be required as needed.
