Overview

We are seeking a qualified Operating Room Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position offers a shift from 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM, with weekend and holiday requirements to be determined based on facility needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and have a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in the Operating Room setting.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain sterile technique and adhere to operating room protocols.
• Monitor patients preoperatively and postoperatively for any complications.
• Document patient care accurately and comprehensively.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of current Operating Room nursing experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.
• Massachusetts RN license must be included with application.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Current American Heart Association ACLS certification.
• Active vehicle ownership is required for transportation to and from the facility.
