Position: Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP)

Specialty: Long Term Care (LTC)

Shift Details:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour days
• Flexible start times between 6 AM and 10 AM
• No weekend shifts required

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for individuals with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Utilize knowledge of the Patient Driven Payment Model (PDPM) in service delivery
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulations

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Speech and Language Pathologist
• Experience in a leadership role within a skilled nursing facility or long-term care rehab setting
• Current Missouri State License (Compact allowed)
• No new graduates will be considered for this position

Location:

Practice in a vibrant setting located in Missouri.
