Job Opportunity

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor & Delivery (L&D)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Labor & Delivery (L&D) to join our team. This position involves working nights based on scheduling needs, with shifts from 0700 to 1930 or 1900 to 0730. Weekend work is required every other weekend.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Labor & Delivery unit
Monitor and assess fetal heart rates and maternal conditions
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Provide support and education to patients and families throughout the labor process
Utilize electronic medical record systems to document patient care

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor & Delivery
Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from AHA
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
Knowledge of fetal heart monitoring techniques
Experience with OBIX and EPIC software is highly preferred
EFM and STABLE certifications are highly preferred

Certifications and Licenses

Must obtain Oregon state nursing license (active status not required at time of submission)
Willingness to obtain required certifications if not currently active
