Position: X-Ray Technologist - Perioperative Imaging

Shift: Day (4x10-Hour: 11:30 AM - 10:00 PM)

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Radiologic Technologist (RT) with expertise in Operating Room (OR) procedures, specializing in C-arm and O-arm coverage. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced healthcare environment, including outpatient, inpatient, and Level I Trauma centers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide C-arm and O-arm coverage within the Operating Room setting.
• Perform X-ray procedures essential for surgical interventions.
• Collaborate with surgical and medical teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Maintain the functionality of imaging equipment and adhere to all safety protocols.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay updated with advancements in radiologic technology.

Qualifications:

• Valid certification as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) with ARRT registration.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a Level I Trauma or teaching hospital.
• Proficiency in operating C-arm and O-arm systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

X-ray Procedure Experience:

• Experience with surgery/C-Arm procedures.

Schedule:

This position requires a commitment to a rotating weekend coverage and includes specific call duties as needed.
