Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified professional to join our oncology clinic, dedicated to providing advanced cancer care to patients in a supportive, community-focused environment. Our facility offers high-quality outpatient services in a newly expanded, personalized setting.

Responsibilities

The oncology clinic is responsible for administering all FDA-approved chemotherapeutic and biologic drugs. The outpatient facility serves the community by offering a variety of medical services including:

• Infusions
• Transfusions
• Injections for patients diagnosed with blood disorders, immune deficiencies, genetic, and hereditary conditions

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of current experience in outpatient oncology and infusion is required.
• Chemo certification is mandatory.
• Experience with ports, catheters, and fistulas is required.
• IV certification and experience with peripheral IV insertion is highly preferred.
• Previous travel experience is also highly preferred.
• A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is highly desired.

• Work history documentation
• Completion of an oncology skills checklist
• One supervisory reference from the past year of employment
• Active American Heart Association BLS certification
• Active American Heart Association ACLS certification
• Active chemotherapy/biotherapy certification from ONS/ONCC
• License verification for all required licenses and certifications
• A permanent address must be included in the submission
