Position: Outpatient Physical Therapist

Shift Details

We are currently seeking a skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team. This position requires a commitment of at least 32 hours per week from Monday to Friday, with some flexibility for late shifts.

Weekend and On-Call Requirements

• On-Call Requirements: None

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of current Outpatient Physical Therapy experience is required.
• Previous travel experience is highly preferred.

Documentation Required

• Work History
• Physical Therapy Skills Checklist (must be documented)
• One signed reference from a supervisor within the past year of employment (required)
• Active American Heart Association BLS certification (must be documented)
• License Verification (must be documented)
• All licenses and certifications must be current at the time of submission.

Location

Position available in New Hampshire (Compact License Allowed).
