Weekend Requirements

Every other weekend required.

Certification Requirements

BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification required.
Iowa state license required; compact licensing is allowed.

Experience Requirements

Minimum of two years of previous experience required.
First-time travelers are welcome to apply.

Submission Requirements

Valid Driver’s License.
Work history/resume.
Skills checklist must have been completed within one year of submission date.
License verification.
Copies of required certifications.
One supervisory reference required at time of submission.

Taxable Address Requirement

Candidates must have a taxable address located outside of 50 miles from the facility. Applicants from Madison will be accepted locally with a 10% rate reduction.
