Position: Interventional Radiology Tech

Join our dedicated team as an Interventional Radiology Tech, supporting endovascular and stroke procedures in a dynamic healthcare environment. This position offers the opportunity to work within a teaching hospital setting while providing high-quality patient care.

Call Required: Yes (1 weekday and every 4th weekend)

Qualifications

Years of Experience: 1 year

- ARRT R
- ARRT VI (Preferred)
- BLS
- CCI RCIS (Preferred)

Procedure Responsibilities

Adrenal Angiography, Angioplasty, Aortography
Chemoembolization, Pulmonary Arteriography
Thrombolysis/Thrombectomy, Stent Placement
Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA) of the Liver
Inferior Vena Cava (IVC) Filter Placement/Removal
Percutaneous Hepatic Angiography
Gastrostomy Tube Placement
Thoracentesis, Renal Angiography

Work Environment

The position involves working in:

1 Interventional Radiology Room
1 Hybrid Procedure Room
Daily Census: Approximately 10 Patients
Patient Age Groups: Adolescents, Adults, Pediatrics, Geriatrics

Siemens Icono Bi-Plane
Philips Azure Single Plane (Hybrid Room)

Orientation Hours: 40
