Position: Interventional Radiology Technologist

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our multi-disciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in interventional radiology and possess essential certifications and skills. This position offers regular business hours and rotating day off requirements.

Schedule:

• Hours: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday - Friday with a rotating day off.
• Call Requirement: One primary weekday and one backup weekday per month, along with one weekend every six weeks alternating between primary or backup.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in Interventional Radiology.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ARRT.
• Skills: Proficient in Siemens imaging equipment.
• Preferred: Experience with the EPIC electronic medical records system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of interventional radiology procedures.
• Effectively operate Siemens imaging equipment.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout all procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records utilizing EPIC (preferred).

Work Environment:

This role entails working in a highly skilled, multidisciplinary team collaborating to perform interventional procedures. The department features:

• 8 Procedure Rooms
• A daily patient census of 20-40
• Patient age groups including adults and geriatrics
